Dishing with Mike will be offering cooking classes throughout the year! We will have a variety of classes with a number of different themes and dishes to cook. Online registration available - if you are interested in a class, please email us by clicking here!
Pasta Razzi!!!!!

Enjoy a fun filled evening with Mike Hutcheson as we learn how to create some Fun Food Fast and easy. We will start the evening off with a little Fettucinne Archochofa (grilled Artichoke Hearts and baby bella mushrooms, then we are going to do a little Paglieno Fienna (Stray and Hay) Pasta with fire roasted tomatoes, shrimp, clams, white wine, lemon, onion and who knows what else and to finish off the evening with Tortollini Romano served with proscuitto ham, peas in a alfredo style sauce.....
Class size is open to the first 10 students with a minimum of 6 students

Join Mike Hutcheson as he prepares Fun Food Fast and Fresh starting off the evening with Grilled Hearts of Romaine Ceasar Salad with roasted garlic croutons, roasted tenderloin of pork served with a fig and balsamic reduction, zucchini saltimboca and for dessert Zambion over fresh berries. Wine will be served.....

Enjoy a night of Italian flavors and aromatherapy for your tastebuds. Dishing with Mike will start you off with a little appetizer of grilled eggplant and Manchengo cheese with a balsamic / rosemary reduction. Then we will dazzle your tastebuds with a little fettucine alfredo with roasted artichoke hearts and for a little extra flavor we will prepare Chicken Marsala with Scalota (roasted and steamed greens) alla italian style and if you are good students we will finish things off with a little sweet suprise.

Late Night Snack Time
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM ................$30.00 PP
Just when you thought you were out we suck you back in with a class on late night knoshing....you do not what to miss... Fun Food Fast has never been so much fun when we prepare Rigatoni Carbanara................ and a Black Forest Ham with Manchengo Cheese Paninni you are going to fall in love with. Who knows we may throw in a little something sweet to close the deal. Wine is a must... See you there.
