Name: Ryan > Question or Comment: Hey Mike! Always enjoy the show. Hey, I met an amazing girl and I have been spending a lot of time together lately. She claims she makes some world class fajitas, but says she struggles w/tough flank steak, thus she just sticks w/ chicken. I would love it if you could email her w/some help on how to get a tender > flank. Tell her an admirer of hers, who can\'t wait for her to cook for > him, thought she might welcome some help from a pro. Hope to see you soon! > Thanks, Ryan

WOW - I had no idea that I would actually get a response to my message - I love that you actually read your messages and respond to them. So now I will be watching you again. I love to cook and learning about new recipes is always exciting - keep up the good work, Doris
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Doris, I agree with you 100%. The truth be known you probably just watched over the past 4 weeks a re-run from last year ( I have taken a break) and in the old days I did have a tendency to say OK WAY TO MUCH. I have grown and I now try and change it up. When I watch the old shows I too find the whole OK thing a bit to much. Thanks for the heads up. OK now that we have learned from the past please keep watching and we will begin new episodes some time next week; OK. Just kidding. Again thanks for watching and keep an eye on me with the new episodes. I need all the help I can get. Regards, Mike

Really enjoy your show. Simple recipes and good food. Question, you cooked for your wife and her sister. Made seafood w/ pasta. Garlic, basil, butter, cream sauce over Fett. Noodles. Where is the recipe? I made it once and itwas a winner. Now I can't find it.
Thanks, Tim

Hello- Love the show- okay.
I almost talked to you about this at Keith Brooking but you were too busy boogie-ing so I didn't bug you. We would love to have “Dishing with Mike” cook for us some time.
Thanks,
Twyla
What a wonderful show...they all are and the catfish must be fantastic...Please tell your beautiful daughter that the show was even greater because of her..
Hi! My name is Crystal and my boyfriend, Josh, and I love watching Dishing with Mike. We would love to be guests on your show. We hope to hear from you soon! Thanks-Crystal
Hello - About a month ago, a friend of mine and I were watching your show. As part of the younger crowd we would love to be guests on your show. We really enjoyed your cooking style, and look for recipes to use often. We do look forward to hearing from your show soon. Keep up the excellent work, and we will continue to use "Dishing With Mike" recipes in our kitchens and homes.
Stephanie
I watch your show all the time and I'd love to be a guest on your show! The food looks great!
Krista
Mike, My wife and I really enjoy watching your show. You're dazzling and innovative uses of olive oil constantly keep us enthralled. We were thinking that on a future show, you could present information on various types of olive oil from around the world. It would be interesting to see the differences and suggested uses for each. Keep up the incredible job. You are simply FANTASTIC!
Antonio and Gina
Hey Yummy Mike....
I'm going to try your grilled rib-eyes and sautéed asparagus tonight for V-Day.....I'll let you know how it all turns out....THANKS FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB!
Kristine
Why I should be chosen: Mike,
I would love to win "A CHEF for the Day", but I work 4pm to midnight, M-F, so it would have to be a Saturday or Sunday chef, which is not this contest. However, I hope you will offer a chef for the day contest again or maybe a class on "Dishing with Style", learning beautiful presentations.
I enjoy your show.
Thanks,
Lisa
I love watching your show! I can't always catch the show, but I check your great new website for the recipes. I noticed a couple of recipes called for a tsp of "pinch." What is that?
S Brooks
Hi Mike we met at Steinmart yesterday & would love to be on your show before our fundraiser 14 feb 2007. It was a great pleasure to meet you and I love your show. Look forward to hearing from you.
Regards, G
I am interested in being a guest on the show with my mom. I am getting married in June and moving to CA. Therefore, I would like to spend a mother/daughther day - and would love to include Dishing with Mike in that day!
Thank you!
Heather
Preparing for a party, what kinds of proteins may be par-cooked and finished the next day. We love your show and the way you make it all seem so easy.
Peace and Thanks,
Rebecca
Hi Mike,
I really enjoy your show! Your recipes are very simple and not overly time consuming. I think you are encouraging people, men and women, to get back in the kitchen instead of dipping into their wallets on an expensive, gourmet meal. I am a first grade teacher here in the county and am also a newlywed living in Summergrove, so my time is limited in the kitchen. I love to cook but need some quick, delicious recipes. I would love to be a guest on the show. I think it would be a nice treat for my hubby too! I was thinking maybe you could show me an easy, delicious meal plan for Valentine's Day.
Hope to hear back soon and Happy Holidays,
Stephanie
Mike:
What a great website!! Wish we could catch the show here in KY - let me know when you start appearing on the Food Network! We tried the Chicken Nerone recipe - awesome!
Catch you later.
Monica
Michael;
Pat made your recipe of the chicken saltimbocca tonight and it was simply outstanding. I can't tell you enough how good this dish turned out. I love dishes with Prociutto Ham and this was incredible. Look forward to seeing more. Also, I enjoy your web site and will pass it along.
Rich
Mike,
I wanted to send you this message to find out if and when I could bring a guest to your show. We discussed your "fantastic" show this past Saturday evening at one of Newnan's better venues. I operate an independent personal fitness consulting company in the area, specializing in corporate wellness. I was interested in being a guest on your show and maybe get a sample of a short and sweet "healthy" meal. I know you probably have a long list, so there is really no rush. Great show!
Stay healthy,
Mike F.
Hey Mike!
Man, you have a "HIT" show here in Newnan. I just love watching your show. I have actually learned how to chop an onion the correct way now...thanks to you! "BOOM!"
You're the best! Thanks big guy!
Your #1 Fan!
BOOM!!!
Stan
Ps: would love to be on the show. Please contact me.
Dishing,
We had fish the other night, and I sprinkled it with the "magic dust" you recommended, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and it was awesome! Thanks for that tip! A little lemon and it was great.

Hey Mr. Mike I was wondering if I could be a guest on your show? I love tasting food! I am a big fan of yours!!!
Hannah
Dear Mike;
truly love your show, BUT, we counted on one show you said OK 30 times. We have to turn it off after a while, if you could just try not to say OK we would appreciate it. We are not wanting to hurt your feelings or be critical, just an observation.
Again,
Love your show.
Hey Mike!
Best of success with the show! Tina and I know first hand your abilities in the kitchen as guests in your home and the meal that just "blew us away". Hope you guys have us over again soon! (Hint)
~Jim
Mike,
I am going to be having a very special dinner party soon with my special someone. I am planning a menu that includes jello, chocolate sauce and some edible clothing items. My question is this, do you have any wine suggestions for me that would go with such a menu?
Just love your show!
Craig
Love you, watch all the time!!! Tennis, good food, maybe a cigar!!!
Would love to be on the show!!! I have many crazy friends that have never seen you-(live in Fayette county) that would become huge fans!!! What a hoot-happy cooking.
Marcia
Dear Mike,
Do you have any recommendations regarding the proper amount of milk to add to a bowl?
of cereal? Also, does it make any difference whether the cereal is pre-sweetened or
if you add a sweetener to it.
Thank you very much.
Kelly
P.S. You're wife looks like a babe! Must be the genes.
Dear Kelly; AKA Moped Man,
Kelly you want to use ½ cup of milk for every 1 cup of cereal. Now when using a pre-sweetened cereal you need to kick it up a notch and use 1 cup of milk for every 1 cup of cereal. Happy crunching.
Mike
Hi, Mike.
We enjoy your cable access program and would like to be guests when possible. My oldest son, Grant (age 12) is a bit of a "foodie" like his dad, and loves trying unusual cuisine. He and I would enjoy participating on your show, should you have an opening.
Thank you for your consideration,
Alan
Mike:
I have to admit I am not a fan of cooking shows, but you got me hooked. Your recipes are easy to follow and you give great cooking tips along the way. My only concern is how much wine you use in the recipes. Could you get drunk from your meals? Are they safe to feed my young children? Just wondering. Thanks for a great show.
Julia
Mike can you fill everyone in on how you arrived at the phrase....uncleing...as to let something fester? I think that is quite witty and charming, in fact I would term it fantastic!!!!!
Uncle Fester
Michael,
Tim and I thouroughly enjoyed the show, and the fabulous food!! Thank you so much. Enjoy all the shows, watched you and your "bros." BBQing tonite, very cool! Enjoyed R and L's show, too. I have never heard of that kind of cheese on their sandwich, neat!
Thanks again,
Your number 1 Fanello!!
Hello there-
What's for dinner? I'll be over in 10minutes and I'll bring the wine. I've got to say Mike your show has captivated my senses - I swear I can almost smell the garlic from the TV set... or wait?!.. is that the garlic from my last meal that I cooked? Either way, it has been a pleasure watching your show and I'm sooooo glad to have stumbled onto it. It amazes me how easy the meals are and how healthy they turn out to really be - OK.. minus the tablespoon (or wallop!) of butter you put into that Dijon mustard mushroom sauce that smoothered the veal. (can you say YUMMY!) Although I do
understand the reasoning behind it...for the flavor and all...
So here's why I'm emailing: Where can I get some of these recipes? Is there an official website? Have you got a cookbook out yet? Do you work for Publix? etc... (it's not productive for me to record the show then view it making sure to jot down all the ingredients or try to cook along with you - like I've done with some of Rachael Ray's shows). Perhaps I could be on the show? Who wouldn't enjoy a "home" cooked meal that doesn't resemble something from Crackel Barrel.
Thanks and keep up the great work Mike!
Melanie
Hi there! My name is Laura . My daughter and I would love to be considered to be future guests on "Dishing with Mike". I moved to Newnan last Fall and have learned so much about Coweta County from NuTV. All your programs are terrific, informative, and very interesting. I love Mike's show because he is funny, personable, and a very talented Chef. Please consider my request. I'm sure Mike's guest list is a mile long, but we would love to just come and visit, if possible. Thank you and keep cookin'!!!
Sincerely, Laura
Hi Mike, I watch your show every night and enjoy it very much. I always learn something new about preparing and cooking food. Would it be possible to be a guest on your show? I have asked Linda if she would like to come and be a guest and she said she would like to also. She is director of the Community Welcome House and is also a member of my organization--Prevent Child Abuse Coweta. Thank
you.
Peace, Helen
Hey Mike,
I was channel surfing the other day and saw your new cooking show. It was great. Good luck!
